'FND Net' (hereinafter referred to as 'Company') considers the personal information of its customers very important and Company complies with the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Personal Information, Etc. Company informs its customers what use and method are utilized for the personal information that is provided through the personal information and what measure is undertaken for the personal information protection. The destruction procedure and method are shown as follows. - Destruction procedure: The information input by customers shall be moved to separate DB after accomplishing the purpose to be destroyed after storing it for certain period in accordance with the information protection under the internal policy and other pertinent laws and regulations (refer to possession and use period). Any personal information moved to separate DB shall not be used for any purpose other than the purpose of possession unless it is caused by law or regulation. - Destruction method: personal information printed on a sheet of paper: It shall be crushed by the shredder or incinerated, and any personal information saved in electronic file shape shall be deleted by using the technical method not to regenerate the record. ■ Provision of personal information Company does not provide the personal information of users to outside in principle. However, there is an exception for the following cases. - Provision for any third party following Article 18 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act ■ Consignment of collected personal information Company does not consign any information of customers without the consent of the customers to an outside company. In the event that there is any need for such, we will obtain the consent in advance if necessary after notifying our customers on the consents of persons subject for consignment and the works involving consignment. ■ Matters on installation, operation and its refusal of automatic collection system of personal information Company operates 'cookie' and the like that saves and searches your information from time to time. A cookie is a very small text file that the server used for operating the web-site to your browser that it is saved in your computer hard disk. The cookie identifies your computer but it does not personally identify you.
